My condolences to all of you for the loss of your wife, mother, grandmother and friend. I had the opportunity to work side by side with Dee at Orange City Elementary School and she never ceased to amaze me. Her humorous attitude toward life was refreshing.
The fact that you never knew what she was going to say next was always entertaining. She was a joy to work with and I have many fond memories of her.
Dee's extensive teaching experience was invaluable, and she was always willing to share her knowledge with others. Dee had an amazing ability to teach the most difficult students and her success stories are endless. I will alway admire her because of that fact. She will be sorely missed not only by her family, but by the communities and extended friendships that she shared herself with. Heaven needs teachers also and they now have one of the best.
