Debra T. Blevins, 66 of Debary, Fl passed away on October 27, 2021. She was born on August 11, 1955 in Burlington, CO to Richard and Lucille Takes. Debra is survived by her husband, James Donald Blevins; children, Christopher, Brett and Jenna; sister, Laura Bell and 7 grandchildren. She was a retired Nurse educator who enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafting and spending time making memories with her friends and family. A Visitation will be held 10:00am to 11:30am, Friday, November 5, 2021 with a 11:30am Service at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, Fl 32763.
