Debbie was a shining light in this world. We talked most Sunday’s where we usually laughed exchanging everything that made us laugh during the week. She was my dear infectious friend who no matter how much pain she was in rose to the occasions of making time for all she loved. So with tears of sadness conflicting with sheer joy of calling you my friend I know in my heart you are home with our Lord. I’m truly blessed to have called you my friend as well as my family.
Every time I miss you and the tears start falling I hear you say ... JUST STOP!! You lived your life and you LOVED your life and you wouldn't have changed one single thing. Thank you for the mountains of memories from making hats to gabbing about our stupid TV shows to giving each other the pep talks we needed to get through another day. Whatever I dished out to you, I knew would be accepted with no judgement. I hear your voice in my ear a lot these days. I know you're being held tight in Ralph's arms and stirring up trouble with Grandma in heaven!! Thank you for being my forever friend. -- Lisa
