Cynthia Ann Proctor age 74 passed away Wednesday November 23, 2022. She was born December 14,1947 the daughter of Ralph and Joann Hofinger. Cynthia is survived by her children; Leon Proctor Jr., Thomas Proctor, and Kristie Martin. Brothers; Gregory Hofinger and Steve Hofinger. 9 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother; David Hofinger and a grandchild; Ashley Proctor. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, family, and children. Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, 3:00pm, November 27, 2022 at the Cornerstone Christian Church, 2813 Howland Blvd, Deltona, Fl 32725. Family gathering to follow after service.
