Catherine Marie LoMonaco's Obituary
Catherine LoMonaco 94, of New Smyrna Beach, passed away Tuesday March 31, 2015. She was born in Brooklyn, New York to Antonio and Caterina (Bruno) DiMarco on September 10, 1920. Catherine worked as a seamstress. She was a member of the Deltona Sons and Daughters of Italy, Lodge 2441 and Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxillary in Deltona. She enjoyed sewing, cross stitch and dancing. Catherine is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Peter LoMonaco; brother Mateo DiMarco, and sister Sister Mary Peter DiMarco. She leaves behind her three children, Josephine Taylor, Catherine A.(Sam) Magarelli, and Anthony LoMonaco; sister Antoinette DiMarco; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday April 6th from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Baldauff Funeral Home 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM on Tuesday April 7th at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 26 Dogwood trail, Debary. Interment at Deltona Memorial Gardens. Repass will follow burial. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN. 38105.
