Carmen Moreno of Deltona passed away May 4, 2021. She was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to Jose Sanchez and Mercedes Marcial on June 27, 1934. She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert V. Moreno; son Ivan Moreno; brothers Jesus, Victor, Hilminio, and Ruben; sister Tita Francisca. Carmen is survived by her children Camelia Moreno, David Moreno, and Alberto Moreno; brother William; sisters Lydia, Rosa, Maria, and Monsie; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and painting. Carmen was a member of The Rock of Central Florida.
