Billie C. DeGarmo passed away peacefully at her home in DeBary, Florida on July 13, 2017. Billie was born to Bert and Frances Cole in July 1928 in Kansas. She spent most of her childhood growing up in the Central Florida area. She was married to Arthur V. DeGarmo during World War II and had two daughters: Pamela Rae DeGarmeaux and Denise DeGarmo while living in Syracuse, New York.
