Barbara Fiocco's Obituary
Barbara Fiocco, 85, passed away on March 10,2024. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York by Rosario and Gelsomina Ziniti. She had three sisters, Antoinette, Julia and Dolores whom she adored. She was married to Cosmo Fiocco for 40 plus years until his untimely death in 2006. Barbara is survived by her children Enrico (Rick) Fiocco, John Fiocco and Antoinette (Ann) Fiocco-Rodriguez, daughters-in-law Melissa Fiocco, Teri Oliver, son-in-law Raymond Rodriguez along with her adoring grandson Max Rodriguez, and cousin Jessie Perrotta who was like a sister to her.
She started her career at Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) in the 1950's, took time off to raise her children, then pivoted to a new career at JC Penney. She retired in the late 2000's.
She valued her relationship with her nieces and nephews, especially Steve and Charlotte Morris and always spoke fondly of her time dancing with many of her sister's children. It meant so much to her that she re-connected with many of her childhood friends in the last ten plus years.
