It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Barbara Jean Ferrara, who passed into eternal life peacefully at home at the age of 65. Barbara was born in Buffalo, New York on June 8, 1960 from parents Fred Robinson and Ruth Robinson.
Barbara always carried with her warmth and resilience throughout her life. She dedicated many years to her career as a talented and caring nail technician, forming lasting connections with those she served. Barbara also found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially her love for making crafts and the special companionship of her cherished cat, Goofy, who brought her endless happiness.
Barbara is survived by her mother, Ruth M. Robinson; sisters, Ann Marie Craig (husband, Tom Craig), Karin Fleming (Husband, Gary Fleming) and Kristi Greene (Husband, Gary Greene); brother, Fred Robinson Jr. (wife, Cheryl Robinson); nephews/nieces; T.J, Ryan (wife, Ashley & sons Makye, Ryland and Noah), Brooks (daughter, Charlotte), Steven (wife, Jessica & daughter, Kendall), Joshua (Fiance, Katie), Jesse (Wife, Tori and daughter, Claire); as well as extended family and friends that will miss her dearly.
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ferrara, with whom she shared a deep and enduring bond. Also preceded in death by her father Fred Robinson.
Barbara will always be remembered for her gentle spirit, her creativity, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the blessing of knowing her.
