Arthur "Randy" McNeil 66 of DeBary, Florida passed away on November 28, 2018. He was born on January 22, 1952 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to parents Arthur and Beatrice McNeil. Arthur is survived by his wife Elizabeth Swan McNeil; children, Betty McNeil and Kristin McNeil Arruda; Sister, June Buckley and 3 Grandchildren, Hailey, Alyssa and Kayla. He held a bachelor's degree and was an entrepreneur with clubs and restaurants and enjoyed boating.
