Dr. Anthony Frank Crisafi's Obituary
Dr. Anthony Frank Crisafi 47 of Orange City, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017. He was born on September 30, 1969 in Brooklyn, New York to Georgette Allawas. Anthony is survived by his wife Dr. Denise Nicole Crisafi; Sons, Dominic Jerichau Crisafi and Michael Anthony Crisafi; Sister, Arlette Abbott. Anthony was a professor at the University of Central Florida and Valencia College. He held an Associate’s degree from Bevard Community College, Bachelor’s degree from New College of Florida, Master’s and Doctoral degree from UCF completing his second doctoral degree from the University of Jena in Germany. Anthony was a member of the American Philosophical Association and enjoyed playing guitar, writing music and poetry, cooking and running. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 6pm at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Florida 32763. Donations may be made to Dr. Anthony F. Crisafi scholarship on Gofundme. This scholarship will be given to at-risk students to help them afford college.
