Anis Rebecca Dalley 's Obituary
Anis Rebecca Dalley 89, of DeLand passed away on July 9, 2019. She was born on July 12, 1929 in Clarendon, Jamaica West Indies to parents James Benjamin Batchelor and Sarah Ricketts. Anis is survived by her children, Michele (Charles) Dalley-Tummings, John (Brenda) Dalley, Christopher (Tania) Dalley and Robert Dalley; brothers, Nicholas (Butty) Batchelor and George (Dee) Batchelor; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Winston Anthony Dalley; sisters, Jefferson Batchelor and Mary Tummings; brothers, Clive, Kendrick & Digby Batchelor. Anis received a BA in Health and Human Services from St. Joseph College in New York and was a Registered Nurse at Queens General Hospital. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Alumni of Harlem Hospital School of Nursing. A Visitation will be held from 4pm-7pm, Monday, July 15, 2019 at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Fl 32763. A Funeral Mass will be held 12pm Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 359 W. New York Avenue, DeLand, Fl 32720 with burial to follow at Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Fl 32763.
