Angel 'Nene's Obituary
Angel Sanchez was born June 14, 1934 in Ciego de Avila, Cuba to Regino Angel and Maria Sanchez. He was the third of nine children.
He was part of the Rural Guard for President Batista.
He married Eva Gomez February 25, 1961. Angel and Eva celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this past February.
They had one daughter, Lourdes Maria, on September 14, 1964.
January 1969 they left Cuba for the United States.
They resided in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, NY from 1969 to 1996 when Angel retired and moved to Deltona, Florida after the birth of his first grand daughter, Megan Pilar on January 14, 1996. He was blessed with a second grand daughter, Emily Ann, on June 13, 1997.
On February 26, 2000 Angel was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses with the hope of living eternally in a Paradise on earth (Psalms 37: 10 & 11). He now awaits to be resurrected (John 5:28) with the many faithful servants of Jehovah who are in his memory.
