Walter Randall "Randy" Phillips

Walter Randall "Randy" Phillips 59, of Deltona, Fl passed away on April 10, 2022. He was born on September 21, 1962 in Tuscaloosa, Al to parents Betsy and Walter S. Phillips. Randy is survived by his wife Lori Boatwright-Phillips; children, Chloe Phillips and Ashton Phillips; sisters, Pamela Phillips, Sarah Kilgore and 1 grandchild on the way. He is preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Crawford Poe and his parents Betsy and Walter S. Phillips. Randy worked as a conductor for Amtrak auto train in Sanford, Fl. He was a member of Tuscaloosa Jaycees and former President of the Association of Alabama Fairs. Randy enjoyed painting, softball, cooking, singing, listening to Gospel music and Alabama football. A Memorial Service will be held 11:30 am, Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Cross Walk Church, 181 Wolf Pack Run, Deltona, Fl 32725.
