“Baldauff truly provided the best experience in the worst of circumstances. When my mother passed away unexpectedly in a different state from where we all live, my family and I were at a loss of where to even begin. We were able to call and meet with someone on the same day at Baldauff, and they helped us make arrangements within the week. Mike was truly a blessing to our family during this time, and guided us through everything with compassion and candor of the entire process.”

“Both of my parents died in Florida and their ashes had to be sent to NY. Balduauff was efficient and professional dealing with us. The cremations were prompt and we had no issues. They were very caring. I would recommend them 100 percent. Also they were reasonable .”
